Everyone has some gas that is passed throughout the day. Odorless gasses are normally present in the intestinal tract
And certain healthy foods normally form gas: apples (raw), bananas, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cucumbers, garlic, grapes, legumes (dried beans and peas), melons, onions, radishes and raisens
However, excessive malodorous gas that can be uncomfortable and socially embarrassing has many causes:

- Raw food with a weak digestive system
- Large quantities of starch, especially bread
- Cayce advised only one starch at a meal
- Improper food combining of animal protein with starch and fruit with food
- Eat animal protein with vegetables and fruit alone
- Poor digestion from:
- eating “avoid” foods that your blood type can’t digest well
- overeating
- lactose intolerance for dairy
- gluten sensitivity to wheat and other grains
- digestive enzyme deficiency
- Take enzyme supplements with cooked food
- lack of Hcl (hydrochloric acid)
- mineral and vitamin B deficiencies
- low fiber diet with ecessive sugar and refined carbohydrates that ferment
- adding fiber too quickly to a poor diet
